  • Rochester Medical Group is not a substitute for emergency room care. You should use a hospital’s Emergency room for serious medical problems.

    If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, please call 911 or get to the nearest hospital emergency room immediately:

    Chest pain

    Severe abdominal pain

    Severe difficulty breathing

    Sudden dizziness, weakness or loss of coordination

    Sudden blurred vision or loss of vision

    Numbness or weakness in your face, arm, or leg

    Vomiting blood

    Severe Burns

    Seizures

    If you do not carry a list of your current medications simply bring along the medications themselves. This information will be very helpful to the doctors.
