Welcome to Rochester Medical Group

Michigan and Metro-Detroit's Premier Urgent Care

Patients are seen by our experienced medical staff on a walk-in basis
and are often in and out within an hour!

Unlike many walk-in clinics, we do not require you to change your primary care physician to be seen. We have working relationships with insurance plans and local primary care physicians so that your immediate medical condition will be taken care of today, and your follow up care will be with your established primary care physician. However, if you are in need of a primary care physician, we can help you with that as well.  Rochester Medical Group has primary care physicians that are currently accepting new patients.

Rochester Medical Group Urgent Care specializes in the treatment of minor illnesses and injuries. We pride our self on providing prompt, high-quality medical attention for injuries and illnesses that are not life threatening, but can't wait for a scheduled doctor's visit.

Patient-Centered Medical Home

We are your "Patient-centered medical home". This is a commitment to practicing medicine in a new way - focusing on preventing health problems, offering health care throughout your life, reducing unnecessary emergency room visits and reducing the cost of health care. Our staff will provide information on partnering with you to improve your health - please ask us for more information.

Connected Care Model

Managing your health can be challenging, especially if you have two or more chronic illnesses. Medicare is offering you, in partnership with your doctor, a new program that will help you manage your health in between visits with your doctor. If you have Medicare and two or more chronic conditions, talk to us about chronic care management services and how you might be able to get connected care.
