Robert Federman was born and raised in metro Detroit. From 2002 to 2007 he practiced Internal Medicine in Oakland county. He and his family relocated to southern Florida from 2007 until 2019. In Florida he took an appointment with the University of Miami Medical School and continued to practice Internal Medicine. He and his wife then returned to Michigan in 2019 to raise their twin daughters and continue the practice of medicine.
Dr Federman practices the full spectrum of primary care for adults. In the office patients are seen for annual wellness visits, and urgently for acute illnesses. He also sees patients in the hospital at Ascension Providence Rochester hospital (formerly known as Crittenton).
Dr. Federman is fellow with American College of Physicians.
